Vinyasa literally means "synchronized movements with breath" and it is very frequently combined with Ashtanga yoga, creating the very popular Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, which proposes movement energized by breath. A very active, dynamic and strong yoga. This particular path is also known as "Power Yoga" and the energy and strength to achieve the exercises and movements comes from the breath.

Beginners, intermediate all levels welcome. The Rocket 1 is a series of postures based on a modification of the traditional Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga primary and intermediate series, created by Larry Schultz.
It is a very dynamic class that you will surely enjoy a lot.
ASHTANGA
Ashtanga is a Sanskrit term meaning "eight-limbs," referring to the eight limbs or eight-fold path of yoga as outlined by Patanjali in the Yoga Sutras.
Ashtanga yoga is a dynamic, flowing style that connects each movement of the body with the breath. The method stresses the importance of daily practice, in which students follow a set sequence of postures known as a series.
